Reno vs. Real Estate is an all-new property and renovation series for HGTV Canada that tackles the biggest dilemma most homeowner’s will ever have to face, ‘Will I renovate? Or relocate?’

Featuring HGTV’s newest property and design expert’s, Vanessa Roman and Robin Lewis, Reno vs. Real Estate encourages fence-sitting homeowners who can’t bear the thought of living in a construction zone AND find the property market too daunting to dive into… to take action, make a decision and move on with their lives!

If you area an outgoing, outspoken couple or family and you…

• Own your own home and live in the GTA.

• Have an urgent and significant issue/motivation to either sell or renovate

• Need design help to get your property ready for sale

• Need help in making that renovation happen

• Have a minimum budget of $15,000+ (amount will depend on the size of the reno job)

• Would like to receive a free design plan, accelerated renovation timeline and value added products and services.

• Are able to take a few days off work to tape the show.

• Are not an ACTRA member and have not been on any other reality TV series.
